Our Design Process
Our philosophy is founded upon an unrivaled attention to detail in creating beautiful, elegant yet functional atmospheres. We transform spaces through a combination of in-person home visits, virtual meetings and our Luxd* app, through which clients can fully visualize their transformed environment, prior to making any final decisions on their projects.
After first contact we ask a series of questions that help us determine the needs, wants and likes of the client. This helps us determine the proper direction in which the project will be moving.
On second contact, typically a one hour in-home or virtual consultation*, the client defines their budget range, specifies amount of change they aim for, and reviews and elaborates on the questions previously answered. In some cases a pre-selection of items may happen during the consultation.
Once the vision has been somewhat determined, and the client has stated their intended budget amount for each room in the project, a design contract is drafted. Typically, all design fees** are applied towards the purchase of items once an order is placed.***

**Design fees are incurred per hour at a half hour minimum, home and digital consultations and visits per occurrence, and Luxd visualizations are $50/each
***Minimum purchase of $10,000 USD per room, with a maximum of 20 design variations.
